A) Taxes or Official Fees
If a package is subject to legitimate taxes or duties, the client may be required to settle those charges before delivery.

Any additional refundable deposit explicitly agreed upon in advance will be 100% REFUNDED once the package has been successfully delivered, subject to the stated terms. No portion of the refundable deposit will be retained.
B) Package Seizure or Non-Delivery
If the package is officially seized or cannot be delivered, any refund will be handled according to the applicable refund terms and documented circumstances.
